Time Card 1.27 23 June 2011 by TechJim Software

Time Card

Time Card is a program that is a time punch clock.

Time Card is also a good generic timer.

The Pay Period options are: Semi Weekly (once every 2 weeks), Weekly (once every week), Daily (once every day), Monthly (once every month), Semi Monthly (once every 2 months), Quarterly (once every 3 months), Semi Quarterly (once every 6 months), or Annually (once a year).

The First Day of Period can be changed a day at a time by clicking - or + buttons. The Last Day of Period will be calculated automatically base on First Day of Period and the Pay Period option selected.

Time Card will automatically print all of the time cards at the end of the pay period and save them to a folder called C:\time card\dir0001, if dir0001 is already in use then Time Card will count up until finding a folder that is not in use yet.

After you start Time Card, if you do not hit any keys for 60 seconds, Time Card will automatically start. You will see buttons for each person and their current status. To change the status from Off to On Duty at Work, click that button.

To change the status of a person from On Duty at Work to Off, click the button for that person one time.

To add users to the Time Card program, Fill in the New Name text box with the name of the new person. Daily Hours for Loch Break text box can be any number of hours this person takes for lunch. This should be in decimal and not a fraction or minutes. Example: 0.5 is a half hour, .75 hours is 45 minutes. You can type a time such as1:45, or 45 minutes, or 45 min and Time Card will convert it to hours for you.
